Book is full of intuitive & basic things that aren't obvious until pointed out. It's like a human user manual. Of course, everything we do is communication & we only exist in existence with others so effective communication is the backbone of human existence.

This book reads like a negotiation text book & should be required reading in law school/5(K). "Nonviolent Communication" might be a bit eyeroll-inducing, the concept of "When you X, I feel Y" statements are a cliche at this point.
